Return Policy

At Remembered Journals, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. Therefore, you are able to return your product within 30 days of delivery. In order to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Initiate return by submitting request through the “Contact Us” section of our site at www.rememberedjournals.com. We can also be reached at customerservice@rememberedjournals.com
2. We will provide a prepaid shipping label. 
3. Once the item is received, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment for the full amount minus return shipping costs. Please note that processing may take 5-10 business days. . 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive a product that you view as damaged, please take photos of your product and send them to us at customerservice@rememberedjournals.com.
