Our story
I'm Kelsey, the momma behind Remembered Journals, and I'm so glad you're here. I wonder how much you'll see of yourself in our own story.
Our story is a look into my feelings as a first-time mom 6 years ago.
The first year of my first-born's life was a beautiful and messy, life-changing blur. One that I'm forever grateful for.
But on her first birthday, I wondered how many moments I had missed.
I was trying to manage this new precious life and maybe missed the magic in the overwhelm of it all. Have you felt that?
I asked our village of family members, friends, neighbors, and teachers what moments they remembered from her first year of life, and to write them down in a journal.
Remembered Journals started here.
From a momma's heart who wanted to capture the stories of her child's life from more perspectives than her own. From a momma who just wanted, more than anything, for her child to feel loved, seen and remembered.
It's become our daughter's favorite tradition and keepsake. So here we are, a collaborative journal for years 1-18, for you to share with the people in your village.
Our three daughters each have their own Remembered Journal now (each a different beautiful color, of course).
We can't wait to see them go from our heart to your home.
